Design
For the bucket tooth the most import is the fitment and the life time. Make sure the bucket teeth can fit the adapters well to against breakage and not lost. pocket/fitment according the OEM parts, special design on the shape.
Make mould
Quality moulds to make sure make the right products, our professional engineers will design perfect moulds for prodcuction.
Wax injected
heat the wax to liquid state 65 degrees roughly, then inject the wax into the mould, keep it away or put the moulds into the water for cooling, then you will get the wax model. It looks the same as the wear parts which we are producing.
Make the shell
Weld the wax model together, put it into the chemical potion(glass water with other different material), then coated with sand 5 to 6 times, finally you will get the shell. heat the shell by steam then the wax will lost. Now we get the shell as what we want.
Casting
Heating the shell, make sure no water mixed in the sand, liqued metal poured into the mold/shell.
Heat treatmet
normalizing — quenching — tempering that’s the heat treatment process for all our buckets wear parts. But we use different equipment to do the work for different sizes and weight of excavator bucket tooth which we produce.
